Paul, can you start by telling us about your role at PVI?

“Certainly! I’m an Electrical Engineering instructor at PVI, where I train students in various aspects of electrical installations. My passion lies in teaching and guiding students so they can develop their skills and succeed in their field.”

We now have five female students enrolled in electrical engineering, a field that was previously considered male-dominated. They are performing excellently, and that is a remarkable advancement.”
